PACE Medical Corporation is a U.S./China-based privately held company with a record of experience in marketing and selling medical equipment into mainland China. Our goals are twofold:

To provide mainland China with top quality medical products from North America, Europe and the rest of the world. In this way, we can help set the pace for improving the level of healthcare in a country of over a billion people poised for phenomenal growth into the next millenium.

To be a channel of consulting expertise for anyone interested in the burgeoning China market, as well as other Pacific Rim markets.

In the near future, we will begin to expand our business by forming trade alliances to export China-made medical products to other developing countries such as Mexico, Malaysia, and the Philippines. As part of our consulting services, we will also look into the market potential of any other product, medical and non-medical, which you may present to us!

Company Profile

At this time, there is an extremely large market for medical equipment in China. We generally deal with large hospitals and can provide references on request. Since there are relatively few U.S. suppliers with agents or offices in China, the large China market is open.

Heading our Beijing office is Dr. Richard Yi Yang. Dr. Yang was a practicing physician specialist (cardiologist) in China before working in medical equipment sales. He has ten years of medical sales experience; he now heads sales and has distributors and clients across the country. PACE Medical Corporation has access to technical personnel in Beijing who are trained to service equipment ranging from simple devices to hi-tech, sophisticated computer-based systems. Dr. Yang is the General Manager of China Operations with the head office in Beijing, and we also have regional direct sales offices in Shanghai, the port of Tsing Dao, and Guangzhou. These offices cover the northern, central and southern provinces of China.

Furthermore, we have a network of numerous sub-distributors throughout China. For example, a core member of our distributor network is Holding Scientific Technology and Trading Company. We also have a sales and marketing partnership with SivaCor Medical Inc., who has wide representation in the southern provinces of China.

We have six (6) specialist physicians, scientists and biomedical engineers on our Scientific Advisorial Council. Our management team in the U.S.A., Beijing and Shanghai Offices have a combined total of 25 years' experience in the Medical Industry. Their specialties include medicine, medical technology, regulatory affairs, economics, and the import/export business. Hence, we believe that we have developed a strong base of knowledge for the China market and feel that we can offer your company an expert sales staff and an established reputation for providing quality products and services.

We can also be your REGISTRATION AGENT for the registration of your products with the State Drug Administration of the People's Republic of China.
